Mrs. Menjivar is an educational leader and consultant with extensive experience spanning K-12 education, higher education compliance, state regulatory oversight, accreditation, and instructional improvement. With a career focused on strengthening educational systems and supporting student success, she brings a unique perspective informed by her experience as a state regulator, school administrator, classroom teacher, teacher mentor, and higher education compliance professional. 

 

She specializes in educational policy, regulatory compliance, accreditation, quality improvement, instructional design, inclusive education, and organizational effectiveness. Her experience includes interpreting and implementing state and federal education requirements, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and helping organizations develop effective systems that enhance learning outcomes.

 

​​​Mrs. Menjivar holds a postgraduate professional teaching license with endorsements in Administration and Supervision (PreK–12), English as a Second Language (PreK–12), and Special Education, General Curriculum (K–12). She earned a Master of Science in Education with a specialization in Educational Leadership, a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, and an Associate of Applied Science in Paralegal Studies. Mrs. Menjivar is currently pursuing a Doctor of Education in Leadership with a concentration in Instructional Design and Technology.
