Please read carefully before paying the registration fee.

The following terms and conditions apply to this registration:

Refunds: Fees are nonrefundable except when CIM Consulting VA cancels a session, class, or program. There will be no refunds granted for missed classes, scheduling conflicts, illnesses, etc.

Changes to Service(s):  Sessions, classes, or programs may not be substituted, switched, or transferred once registration is complete.

Late Arrivals: Participants must arrive at each session, class, or program at the scheduled time. The duration of the service will not be extended if a participant arrives later than the scheduled time. 

Reminder Notifications: Please be sure to mark your calendar and save your confirmation email as a reminder for upcoming sessions, classes, or programs. We do not send reminder emails for sessions, classes, or programs.

Parental Consent:  

• By checking the box below, I confirm that I am the parent or legal guardian of the participant, and I hereby give my consent for my child participate in all course or program activities conducted and organized by CIM Consulting VA.

• Further, I acknowledge that while CIM Consulting VA and its staff make every effort to provide a healthy and safe learning environment, I understand and accept that there are inherent risks of accidents and exposure to various illness. I will not hold CIM Consulting VA, its subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, employees, officers, partners, or volunteers responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that may result during this program.

• I confirm that I am granting authorization for CIM Consulting VA to take and use photography/video of my child for use in CIM Consulting VA publications and promotional media.

• In the unlikely event that my child requires emergency medical care, I authorize CIM Consulting VA staff to administer first aid and call for emergency services to aid in transportation and treatment.

• I understand that I will be notified by CIM Consulting VA whenever the my child becomes ill, and as the parent or legal guardian, I agree to pick up my child from the designed program location immediately after receiving the notification as soon as possible.
