1-Hour Tutoring Session

Service Description

The rates shown above are for each individual session. Limited slots are available. This service includes 1 hour of individualized support based on the student's specific needs. Social and emotional learning activities are embedded into lessons. New Students: Please note that students will be assessed during the initial session to identify their level of support and a plan of action will be developed using the assessment results. We provide math, English, science, and history instruction aligned with the Virginia Standards of Learning. Specially designed instruction: We offer specially designed instruction for students with disabilities. Our instructors are endorsed in special education, which enables them to accurately assess and meet the needs of students with disabilities. English as a Second Language (ESL): We provide ESL services for K-12 students based on the WIDA Consortium’s English Language Development Standards (2020 Edition). For adults, our programs align with the College and Career Readiness Standards and the state’s English Language Proficiency Standards to make sure learners get the right support.
